Yoga can help you have more intense pleasure.
The pelvic floor consists of a bunch of muscles, tissues, nerves, and ligaments that are attached to the pelvis. When we climax our pelvic muscles contract so the stronger our pelvic floor is the stronger our pleasure can be.

A great yoga pose that can help you strengthen your pelvic floor is the bridge pose. While lying on your back, bend both knees and place the feet flat on the floor hips width apart. Then press the feet into the floor, lift the hips up, and hold up for several breaths.

Yoga can make you more flirtatious.
Researchers have found that when people are stressed they are less likely to compliment others. Yoga encourages you to focus on your breath and remain calm which can enable you tp become more complimentary and flirtatious towards others.

Yoga can help you build self-confidence.
Poor self esteem doesn’t look good on anybody. Whether you are self-conscious about your stomach or you are unsure of your worth, yoga can help you tone your body and give you the confidence that is earned from mastering new skills.
